Gosh if we don't make this Spinach Soup this weekend, I am going to go crazy! Haha. I guess we just aren't soup people. (: This is a bit of a social-overload week for us, and I am not complaining one bit! If October is made for pumpkin and soups, then November/December is for social gatherings, right? I'm also making banana bran muffins and pumpkin-pear bread this week. I'll let you know how they turn out.
