The Mahi & chicken are on sale at the grocer this week, so we'll be trying them out. (Mahi was sold out, so I purchased two Barber's stuffed chicken breasts and Perogies instead.) We are still trying to do some freezer cleaning, thus the leftover tortellini and the breakfast for dinner. This plan should be in accordance with our new food budget of $60/week for groceries! I'm going to look more into preparing meals ahead and freezing to maybe save money. We have limited freezer space, though, so this may be a challenge. Does anyone have experience in doing this?
